Head Coach Position - Fall 2026

JOIN THE FILLMORE RAIDERS FAMILY! 

Are you passionate about football and dedicated to mentoring the next generation of athletes? The Fillmore Raiders are officially seeking Head Coaches for the 2026 season!

  We are looking for motivated leaders who are:

  • High-energy and enthusiastic, bringing passion and commitment to every practice and game.

  • Knowledgeable and prepared, with a strong understanding of football fundamentals.

  • Positive role models who lead by example on and off the field.

  • Great communicators, able to motivate players, work collaboratively with staff, and maintain respectful relationships with parents.

  • Disciplined and organized, setting clear expectations and holding players accountable in a positive way.

  • Team builders who foster an inclusive, supportive, and fun environment for all players.

Important Dates:

  • Applications Open: January 12th Closes: January 21st 6:00pm

  • Coach Interviews: January 22, 2026
