Are you passionate about football and dedicated to mentoring the next generation of athletes? The Fillmore Raiders are officially seeking Head Coaches for the 2026 season for the Bantams Division!

• High-energy and enthusiastic, bringing passion and commitment to every practice and game.

• Knowledgeable and prepared, with a strong understanding of football fundamentals.

• Positive role models who lead by example on and off the field.

• Great communicators, able to motivate players, work collaboratively with staff, and maintain respectful relationships with parents.

• Disciplined and organized, setting clear expectations and holding players accountable in a positive way.

• Team builders who foster an inclusive, supportive, and fun environment for all players.
